Quantum Series Amarillo® Hop Extract, 1 mL Syringe

Bring bright, classic Amarillo® character to your beer without adding hop solids or losing finished beer to a large dry-hop charge. This hop-derived Quantum Series extract delivers sweet orange and citrus notes supported by soft floral character and a subtle touch of pine. It is an excellent choice for American pale ales, IPAs, blonde ales, wheat beers and hop-forward lagers.

Suggested dosage

• Use 1 mL in 19 L for a gentle aroma boost
• Start around 1.25 to 2 mL for a more noticeable result
• Use up to approximately 4.8 mL in intensely aromatic beers after a small bench trial
• One 1 mL syringe has roughly the aroma potential of 30 g of T90 hops

Best practices

Add during your regular dry hop, after fermentation or directly to a CO₂-purged keg. Avoid adding it to the boil since Quantum is designed for aroma rather than bitterness. Gently swirl or rock the keg to distribute the extract, then allow three to five days for the aroma to fully integrate. For the most complete hop character, use Quantum alongside a reduced pellet dry hop.
