Oatmeal Stout - Grain To Glass Partial Mash Beer Kit
Our Oatmeal Stout partial mash kit produces a slightly roasty beer that has a silky smooth mouthfeel. It has coffee and chocolate notes and a slight nuttiness from the flaked oats. This beer recipe kit produces approximately 21 liters of beer.
This kit requires you to mash over 5lb of grain. An 8 gallon pot is recommended.
To make these kits you will need a pot that can hold a minimum of 2 gallons of water. A 5 gallon brew pot is recommended. You will need to steep the included grains for 45 minutes. We suggest using a muslin/grain bag. After steeping the grains you will add in the malt extract and boil it for 60 minutes.
