SMaSH stands for “Single Malt and Single Hop”.  This is a great way to get to know the exact flavor and aroma of a particular hop variety.  Simcoe has aromas of passionfruit, apricot, intense pine, and woodsy aroma adds to the fresh, youthful vigor of this complex hop. This beer recipe kit produces approximately 21 liters of beer.

To make these kits you will need a pot that can hold a minimum of 2 gallons of water.  A 5 gallon brew pot is recommended.
