Quantum Series Mosaic® Hop Extract, 1 mL Syringe

Capture the complex character of Mosaic® with a clean, concentrated Quantum Series hop extract. Mosaic combines grapefruit and citrus with earthy pine, light floral notes and a distinctive fruit-forward character. This versatile profile works well in American pale ales, West Coast IPAs, hazy IPAs, session beers and hop water.

Suggested dosage

• Use 1 mL in 19 L for a gentle Mosaic aroma lift
• Start around 1.25 to 2 mL for a more expressive citrus, floral and pine profile
• Use 2 to 4.8 mL for intensely aromatic IPAs after a bench trial
• One 1 mL syringe has roughly the aroma potential of 30 g of T90 hops

Best practices

Add Quantum Mosaic during dry hopping, after fermentation or directly to a purged keg. Keep your kettle and whirlpool hopping schedule unchanged since Quantum is intended for cold-side aroma, not bitterness. Minimize oxygen exposure, gently distribute the extract and allow three to five days for the profile to settle into the beer. It works especially well as a partial replacement for Mosaic pellets or blended with Citra and Simcoe.
