Developed by Lallemand in collaboration with Renaissance Yeast in Vancouver, BC, this strain lacks the STA1 gene responsible for over-attenuation, giving you dependable attenuation without bottling issues. Patented technology from UC Davis ensures it won't generate sulfur off-notes, enhancing saison-style aromas and flavor profiles.
