Galaxy hops are a highly sought-after Australian hop variety that burst with citrus and tropical fruit notes like peach, passionfruit, and pineapple.  They are often described as having a "juicy" character, which has made them a favorite in hop-forward beer styles like NEIPA.

These hops have a fairly high alpha acid content, generally ranging between 13% and 17%.

Galaxy hops are commonly used in a variety of beer styles including but not limited to: NEIPA, IPA, American Pale Ale, Blonde Ales and even Sour Beers
