Wormwood is used in the production of vermouth and Campari, Wormwood has a long tradition of use in brewing. This wonderful alternative to hop usage will add strength and fragrance to any Ale. Wormwood has a mild minty licorice aroma, but it has extremely strong herbal bittering properties and perhaps is the most potent bittering herb.
