Columbus hops, also known as Tomahawk or Zeus (often abbreviated as CTZ), are a popular American hop variety known for their high alpha acid content and robust flavor and aroma profiles.  The typically have an alpha acid content of %14-18.

These hops provide a citrusy note to your beer which can include grapefruit and lemon-like flavors.
