Chitosan Clarifier – 1 L Bulk Jug
Chitosan is a positively charged fining agent used to clear beer, wine, cider, and other fermented beverages. It works by binding with negatively charged particles and yeast cells, pulling them out of suspension for a clean, polished finish.
To use, add Chitosan to your batch after treating with Kieselsol (typically about 1–2 mL per liter). Stir gently and let it sit for 12–48 hours to allow the sediment to settle. You’ll be left with crystal-clear results and improved stability.
