SMaSH Calypso - Grain To Glass Extract Beer Kit
SMaSH stands for “Single Malt and Single Hop”. This is a great way to get to know the exact flavor and aroma of a particular hop variety. Calypso is a unique variety, delivering aromas "unlike anything else." Exploding with tropical fruit and sweet apple-pear aromas. This beer recipe kit produces approximately 21 liters of beer.
To make these kits you will need a pot that can hold a minimum of 2 gallons of water. A 5 gallon brew pot is recommended.
