Enigma hops are known for their complex flavor and aroma profiles. They tend to impart a variety of fruit notes to a beer, including Red Berries, Melon, Grape, Stone and Tropical Fruits.  These hops have a typical alpha acid content of %13-18.

Enigma hops can be used in a variety of beer styles, and in various stages of brewing (early for bitterness or later for aroma), offering a great deal of flexibility for brewers experimenting with new recipes.
