El Dorado hops are a relatively newer hop variety, originating from the United States, which has quickly become popular among brewers for its fruit-forward characteristics.  These hops have a typical alpha acid content of %14-16.

El Dorado hops are renowned for their flavors that hint at various stone fruits such as cherries and apricots, lending a ripe, juicy characteristic to the beers.  Alongside stone fruits, they carry strong notes of tropical fruits, including pineapple and mango.

El Dorado hops are commonly used in a variety of beer styles including but not limited to: American Pale Ale, IPA's, NEIPA etc
