LemonDrop is a relatively modern American hop variety, with a lemon-citrus flavor and a touch of herbal and green tea-like nuances. Aptly named, LemonDrop delivers a bright and zesty lemon character, complemented by a hint of sweetness and a mild peppery finish. 

LemonDrop hops have a moderate alpha acid content, typically ranging between 5% and 7%.
