Star San is a no-rinse sanitizer trusted by homebrewers for fast and reliable sanitation. This 16 oz bottle makes up to 80 gallons of working solution when mixed at 1 oz per 5 gallons of water (or around 6 ml per gallon). It’s ready to sanitize in just one to two minutes with no need to rinse.

The foaming action helps cover every surface, including hard-to-reach spots inside fermenters, bottles, kegs, and tubing. It’s safe for stainless steel, plastic, and glass, and won’t leave behind any flavor or aroma when used correctly.

When mixed with distilled or soft water, the solution can remain effective for 3 weeks or more if stored in a sealed container. Check the ph weekly and as long as it's under 3.5 the solution is good to use.  Great for keeping a spray bottle on hand between brew days.
