Huell Melon is a relatively new hop variety originating from Germany, renowned for its unique fruit-forward character. It exhibits a distinctive melon profile, notably honeydew melon, and strawberry, accompanied by subtle undertones of apricot and citrus. Huell Melon hops have a typical alpha acid content ranging between 6.9% and 7.5%

With a moderate alpha acid content, Huell Melon hops can be used for both bittering and flavor/aroma additions.

Huell Melon hops are commonly used in a variety of beer styles including but not limited to: American Pale Ale, IPA's, Wheat Beers, Blonde Ales, Saison etc
