Our American amber ale all grain beer recipe kit features Centennial and Cascade hops.  The citrus aromas and flavors from the hops compliment the caramel and biscuit malt flavors. 

All-grain brewing isn’t complicated, but it does come with a steeper learning curve and a longer brew day. If you’ve brewed a few times and want more control over your beer, it’s a great next move.

A lot of homebrewers go with all-in-one electric systems like the BrewZilla to keep things simple. If you're going the traditional route, you’ll need:

An 8-gallon (or larger) kettle
A solid heat source, like a propane burner
Mashing gear, such as a mash tun or a Brew-in-a-Bag (BIAB) setup
