
Sodium Metabisulphite 1KG
Sodium Metabisulphite Used to kill off the yeast when your wine has reached the strength you want. 1 fl oz (40 ml) Sodium metabisulphate solution 24 hours before you add the yeast and another when you want to kill it off. Add 1tsp per gallon when using as a sanitizing agent.
