Escarpment Labs Cali Ale yeast is an exceptionally versatile ale yeast, suitable for nearly any style. Clean fermentation at a wide temperature range, and accentuates hop character. Can be slow to flocculate.
Produced in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, each Escarpment Labs Yeast Package contains 180 - 200 billion cells, almost double that of most other liquid yeast manufactures.
